Currently at 93% on Rotten Tomatoes, Baby Driver tells the story of a getaway driver (the best in the biz!) who yearns for both a different lifestyle and a Spotify Premium membership. It’s a film that relies heavily on its music gimmick and reminds both Wes and Clay of music videos, but it also has some terrific performances and exciting action scenes. Plus, it’s got a killer soundtrack. Also discussed: prog rock, using the wrong villain, and fat Kevin Spacey!
